My experience:
Normal cover to the EU, USA, Canada is no too risk (from the letters 99.99% arrive.) To India should I Choose the registered cover variation (my more normal cover lose here, I like the all philatelists, but the post way - with normal post, only - is bad)

in the EU = 3-5 workdays
USA, Canada = 10-12 workdays
other countries = 10-15 workdays
